Accessing Delays

  • To access delay settings, navigate to settings tab on the top of the software and then click the delays category.

Request Timeout

  • This option is a little bit complicated so if you do not fully understand what it does after reading this, please do not adjust off default.

  • This option needs to be changed if server has an extremely long response (load time). If the website is loading extremely slow in the browser, you will need a timeout on the bot, this number is how long the bot waits before cancelling the requests. If a site is not working correctly, raise the request timeouts from 15000ms to around 35000ms-50000ms.

Retry Delay

Delay for retrying any type of requests, error, add to cart retries, invalid response retries and availability monitoring. When talking about delays on module task setup guides, this is the delay that is being referred to.
