Server Installation

AWS and Vultr will not work with this software. Before renting a server, make sure that the Windows version you are using is Windows 2016.

Step 1. Configure the Server

The first thing you'll need to do when installing on a server, is to open up the server manager .

To do this, simply click the start menu and select Server Manager

Click Configure this local server

Then look for: IE Enhanced Security Configuration

Make sure both Administrator and Users are turned off, then click OK

Step 2. Install

Now that you've completed the server configuration, you are all set to download and install Scottbot. Just follow our to complete setting up Scottbot on your server.
